Return & Refund Policy
At Centis, we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. The proper fabrication and supply of your vanity is important to us, so please review all instructions carefully when completing your order. We fabricate each and every counter as a single “made just for you” product.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information including the dimensions, sink type and colour choice(s). Returns will only be accepted if the product has not been fabricated to the customer’s specifications or if the product has been damaged during the delivery process. The customer or an agent of the customer must be present when order is delivered so that the counter can be inspected.
If the product was not fabricated to the specifications as per your order and this was not noticed when the product was delivered, please contact us within 10 business days of delivery. If you are unable to return the product, we will arrange the pick-up and return. Cost of return shipping or pick-up will be covered by Centis. Once determined that the product was not made to specifications, we will replace or repair your counter as required. It is essential that you keep the original packaging since we will require this material to ensure we can return the product to our facility safely.
